HighGarth Misha CGC, RO1 was awarded his first two dock diving titles--SPD and UNJ. We are thoroughly enjoying this new performance venue; retrieving over water is certainly something Labs are happy to do
From Coleen Kincaid, ‘Our Joe/Emrie girls (Salem and Boo) did well at the Boston and Pittsburgh Specialties, by placing and/or "making the cut" in all their classes (approx. 18 entries)!!!!....Boo even took 2nd in that large Sweeps class the first day and won the class the next day in Boston. Both girls are now completely bald and will spend the rest of the summer growing new hair (I hope). Both girls are bred and owned by Bruce and Coleen Kincaid.
From Libby Flowerree, ‘After a nice placement in her large class at the GPLRC specialty, Makasi Twist of Fate at Milltowne, RN WC (Twist) had a successful July, beginning with RWB at the Independence Cluster in West Friendship, MD under judge Elizabeth Muthard. The following weekend she was WB/BW/BOB (over specials) at Shawnee Kennel Club under Terry Stacy for 2 points. Twist ended the month in style by earning her WC at the LRC Potomac Field Day. Many thanks to Betty Dust and Mario Cilia for bringing out the best in our girl!’

From Mike Faggart, ‘I had a good week-end at Asheville. Graylyn’s Shane finished his AKC Championship by going BW for a three point major under judge Nick Frost. Shane took all his points from the Puppy and Bred by Exhibitor Class and was handled all the way by owner, breeder Mike Faggart. He was Best of Winners at the Raleigh Durham Labrador Retriever Club Specialty in October 2009 and was Best Bred By Exhibitor Lab at the Miami Valley Labrador Specialty in 2009. Shane is the fourth champion lab from his dam Ch. Waifin's Breaking News At Topline, JH, who whelped at total of seventeen that survived. He is the second Lab bred by Mike Faggart that finished from the Puppy and Bred By Exhibitor Class.
Graylyn's Storm Flag Flying was Winners Bitch on Sunday for a three point major from the 9-12 puppy class under judge Terry DePietro. Storm is sired by Ch. Beechcroft's Study's Top Secret ex Ch. Graylyn's My Flag.’

From Mike Faggart, ‘Graylyn's Larkspur finished her Championship going BW for two points at the recent Piedmont KC show on April 10. She was breeder, owner handled to all her points including three majors. Lark was Best Puppy at the Potomac Labrador Retriever Club Specialty and was RWB at the Raleigh Durham Specialty. She had a litter of nine puppies last summer.
Graylyn's Walk In the Sun was BW for two points under Linda Bednarski at the recent Myrtle Beach KC Show. Slippers is owner handled.

From Bit Jordon, ‘At the Winston-Salem Dog Training Club's obedience trials on March 6, 2010, Remi finished her UD with a score of 195.
At the Charlotte Dog Training Club Obedience Trials on February 7, Remi got her first Utility leg with a score of 195 and first place.
At the Labrador Retriever Club of the Piedmont Specialty on February 14, Remi got her second Utility leg with a score of 196, first place, and High in Trial.
From the Mayos, ‘Wildwood’s Wayward Wind (Breeze) owned and loved by Elizabeth and Pete Mayo went WB on Sunday March 7 at the Hilton Head Kennel Club shows under Bob Slay. She now has 4 points. We are proud of our girl!!!!’
Also, Ch. Wildwood’s a Cut Above owned and loved by Elizabeth and Pete Mayo went BOS at the Fayetteville KC show in Raleigh on Sunday under Ms. Drombowski. He was one of 8 specials so we consider that a fine win!!!!
From Susan Gardner, ‘Junior handler Morgan Gardner and “Beck” ( Sheabourne’s Beckett) finished their CDX title over the Greenville show weekend with 2 awesome qualifying scores of 195 and 191 ½.’
From Jim and Elizabeth Bowron, ‘We're so excited about our Blooper boys!! Fortune's Blueprint went Best of Opp in Sweeps & Reserve Winners dog one day at RDLRC specialty out of the 6-9 puppy class, with his brother going second behind him. At CSCLRC show in January out of 9-12 mos class, his brother, Fortune's Feet Don't Fail Me Now went Best in Sweeps one day and then not to be outdone, Blueprint went Best of Opp in Sweeps the next! At LRC Piedmont, Blueprint went Best in Sweeps one day and Best Opp in Sweeps the next, but stunned all of us by going Winners dog one day- an amazing show for us!!! At the GALRC show, Blueprint went Best of Opp in sweeps both days but his brother beat him out in regular classes and went Reserve Winners dog one day!! Needless to say, this has been an incredible ride for all of us- both two & four legged!! Thanks to everyone for cheering us on!!’
From Jim and Linda Shreffler, ‘know it is not a Lab brag, but our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Ch Stepamgar King of Memphis, "Presley" has taken 9 BOB's and one group 3 so far this year and is currently ranked, according to Canine Chronicle, #4 All breed points and #3 Breed Points. From Sue Shultze, ‘The tracking team of Barefoot Diamond in the Ruff (Kohl) and Sue Schultze passed the Tracking Dog test in Durham March 21. Kohl was one of only 2 out of 8 dogs that passed the test. The team has already begun training for the TDX and VST tests.

CH Fortune's Curious George "Monkey" loved, fed & bred by Jim & Elizabeth Bowron, finished his show championship in style by going Winners Dog, Best of Winners, and Best of Breed two days on the Kentucky circuit held in March.
Wildwood Twist of Fate owned and loved by Pete and Elizabeth Mayo went WB BOS for 2 points at the Monroe Kennel Club shows on Saturday November 17 under judge Betsy Horn Humer.
Wildwood’s A Cut Above owned and loved by Elizabeth and Pete Mayo went WD, BOW for 2 points at the Furniture City Kennel Club shows on Sunday November 11 under judge Houston Clark. We are proud of our young boy. This makes 7 points.

At the Beaufort KC shows on Sunday, May 20. Wildwood’s Porter at Timberlane "Porter" co owned by Joy Gabriel and Pete and Elizabeth Mayo went WD, BOW, BOB (over 2 specials) and got a Group 4. All wins under Dr. Richard Hilderman. This all took place on his 19 month old birthday. Nice accomplishment for such a young boy. Wildwood’s A Cut Above "Cutter" also went RWD on Sunday under Dr. Hilderman. We would like to thank all our friends for their support.
Fortune’s Outside the Bun at Grayson (Epoch’s Edward of Bonaventure x Fortune’s Made To Order) aka Frita, went Winner’s Bitch out of the 6-9 month puppy class on Sunday April 29th at the Myrtle Beach Kennel Club show. And to top it off, she went Best of Opposite Sex. Frita is owned by Amy Gibson and Jim & Elizabeth Bowron.

On Sunday April 29 at Bekley WV Kennel Club Show Wildwood's Porter at Timberlane owned by Joy Gabriel and Elizabeth and Pete Mayo went Winner's Dog and Best of Winners for 1 point. Wildwood's Bristol Cream, owned by Elizabeth and Pete Mayo went Winner's Bitch and Best of Opposites. Wildwood's A Cut Above also received Reserve Winner's Dog. Nice weekend for the Mayos and Wildwood Labradors!
What a great weekend for Wildwood! On Saturday March 11, Wildwood’s Bristol Crème owned by Elizabeth and Pete Mayo and shown exclusively by Pete, went WB, BOS for 2 points under Judge Frank Washabaugh at the Hilton Head shows. Wildwood’s A Cut Above (Cutter) went Best of Breed Puppy. On Sunday, March 13, Wildwood’s Porter at Timberlane Bred by Pete and Elizabeth and co owned by Joy Gabriel, Elizabeth and Pete went WD, BOW, BOB for 2 points and Cutter went RWD (from the 6-9 month puppy class) and got an award of merit. Thanks to all our good Lab friends for all their congratulations and support.

Wildwood’s Cotton Gin, "Eli" also owned and loved by Elizabeth and Pete Mayo went BOB. These were Twist’s first points. We are proud of both of them.
Wildwood Bristol Crème, "Bristol" owned by Pete and Elizabeth Mayo and shown by Pete went WB, BOS for 2 points at the Furniture City Kennel Club show on Sunday, November 13, 2005 under judge James S. Covey. She is 19 months old and won from the Open Chocolate Bitch class. We are proud of her!!!!!! Hope this is the beginning of a successful show career.

Congratulations to "Player" and Bruce, Colleen, Deb and Ron on finishing Player's Championship at the Raleigh shows in March, 2006!!! Way to go!!
ELHID's Just Playing The Game JH, "Player" owned by Bruce and Coleen Kincaid and Deborah and Ron Prince, went Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Opposite Sex (over several specials) at the Atlanta Lab Club supported shows in Merrietta, GA, under breeder judge, Claire Senfield. He then took Winner's Dog and Best of Opposite sex (over several specials) the next day under breeder judge, Manuelo Queijeiro. "Player" now has both his majors and only needs 1 single point to finish his AKC Championship. He is owner handled by Coleen Kincaid and is only 12 months old.
CH Wildwood’s Cotton Gin "Eli" owned and loved by Pete and Elizabeth Mayo went BOB at Durham KC show on Saturday and Salisbury KC show on Sunday. Thanks to Ms. Hass and Mr. Hartinger for recognizing our sweet boy. Hope this is a start of good things to come!!!!
CH Waterbound Anjolina is Jusright CD, RN, JH, WC, CGC, delta society Pet Partner "Anji" did it! Anji earned her Champion title on Saturday, July 11 in Huntington, WV. She is owned and loved by Sallie Wright.
Jusright Love is a Rose (Anji's granddaughter) received her first point toward her Champion title at the Huntington, WV show on July 12. She took BOB and made the cut in the Group at only 10 months old! She is also owned and loved by Sallie Wright. Maybe she won't take as long as Grandmamma to get her CH!
CH Surry's Rolling Thunder, owned and bred by Charlie and Betty Wenner, finished her AKC Ch. at the Greensboro, NC show on August 14 with a major under Judge Peter Baynes."Clara" now gets to stay home and just hang out!

Hyquest Taking A Chance, CD, JH, RN, NA, NAJ, WC "Chancer" completed his AKC Novice Agility title and his AKC Novice Agility w/Weaves title on 3/11/06 with clean runs on both courses and 1st and 2nd placements. Chancer is loved and owned by Rita and Jack Powell and handled by Rita.
"Remi," owned by Bit Jordan is in the running for #1 AKC agility Labrador! Bit and Remi will be running in trials thru the end of the year in pursuit of this honor! Good Luck! We are all very proud of you!

Laurelview Rowdy Tyler RN "Tyler" owned by Patti Miles-Cooner earned his Rally Novice title at the May Clemson Shows in Anderson, SC and the June Palmetto Obedience Club shows in Spartanburg, SC with scores of 94, 95 and 4th place, 93 for his title, and one more on Sunday with a 97 and 2nd place. Tyler also received the first leg of his Rally Advanced at the Foothills Series Spartanburg Kennel Club Show with a score of 88. On Sunday Tyler had just too much fun doing his favorite job of retrieving the squeek toy and NQed. Oh Well. Next time!
At the Apex, NC UKC obedience trials Remi, owned by Bit Jordan, was HIT both days with Mousse HS Veteran.
Bit Jordan's gang, Remi, Echo, and Mousse, all finished their RN titles in Greenville. At the All-Star Tournament in York, PA Remi came in first in Novice Obedience and Novice Ultimate Dog (combination of obedience and agility) and second place in overall Ultimate Dog. She made the front page of our local newspaper.
Jusright Baileys Irish Dream "Bailey," owned by Michael and Sharon LeBard and Sallie Wright finished the first 2 legs of his Rally Novice A title at the Greenville/Spartanburg show. They will be going to Atlanta next weekend in hopes getting the title!
